Listing Limits for Service Limit Increase Requests

• 1. Open the Help menu () and then select Create a Support request.

     If you're already on the Support Center page, then select Request Help on that page.

  2. If you're directed to the Support Chat panel, then provide the following information.
     1. Enter a brief description of your issue.

        Relevant information is displayed. You might be able to resolve the issue at this point.

        Live agent and support request options are available for all but Free Tier customers.

     2. If you need more help, select Support request.
        You're prompted to choose a type of ticket.
     3. Select Limit Increase.

        The assistant asks you to fill out the support request in the left panel, and the Request Service Limit Updates panel opens.

        Submit your limit increase request in the Request Service Limit Updates panel. For more information, see Requesting a Service Limit Increase.

  3. Select the service category and resource for the limit increase.
     Service limits and current usage are displayed.

  To finish creating the limit support request, see Creating a Support Request.

• Use the oci support incident-resource-type list command and required parameters to list limits and current usage:
