Notable Changes

The following changes are notable in this image update:

  • Updates for bug fixes and security patches.

Note that due to changes implemented by HashiCorp regarding the Terraform open source license, beginning with version 1.6.0 and later, Oracle Linux will no longer be including Terraform as part of the Oracle Linux Developer image. If you continue to use older Oracle Linux Developer images (2023.04.28-1 and earlier) be aware there will be no further security, bug, or updates to the Terraform package.

Note that changes to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure can occur outside of the release of a particular image but could impact an image. For information about changes that are specific to Oracle Linux images but which occur outside of the image release schedule, see General Notices for Oracle Linux Images.
