This is a screen capture of the skill catalog page. This page arranges each skill as a tile. The first tile, however is the New Skill tile. The page has a filter field, Teach Me How and Import Skill buttons, and a hamburger menu (which you expand to access to the translation services configuration). The skill tiles have a folder icon for viewing all the skill’s versions, and an Options menu icon.
