Confirm that Resource Manager can access a configuration source provider's server URL with the provided authentication information. You can validate a connection by using the Console only.

Open the navigation menu and click Developer Services. Under Resource Manager, click Configuration Source Providers.

On the Configuration source providers page, select the compartment that contains the configuration source provider that you want.

Click the name of the configuration source provider that you want.

On the Configuration source provider information page, click Validate connection.
This option is located on the Configuration source provider information tab, to the right of Server URL.
