Decrypting Data Using Master Encryption Key

View and download, or copy public key content of an asymmetric key using the CLI and API interface.

  • This task is not available in the OCI Console.

  • Use the command-name command and required parameters to <task-being-performed>:

    oci service-name command-name --required-param-name variable-name ... [OPTIONS]

  • Run the Decrypt operation to decrypt data using master encryption key using the KMSCRYPTO endpoint.

    Note

    Each region uses the KMSCRYPTO endpoint for encryption/decryption of keys. This endpoint is referred to as the control plane URL or KMSCRYPTO endpoint. For regional endpoints, see the API Documentation.
