Error: The Replication state is: FAILED
The state of the replication resource appears as FAILED if the replication target doesn't exist. This could happen if you deleted the replication target.
Delete the replication and re-create it.

If the target file system has not been modified by exporting it or by adding or deleting snapshots, the replication can be created without the need for a full base copy.
